Another one of my #diy project is to design my study / mixing studio on the first floor (second floor for the Americans). I want it to have the vibe of Gryffindor common room, but more modern - a mix of the wizarding world and the muggle world.

After a year moving to Surrey, I finally managed to sort out my bedroom, where I made many of the furniture and fixtures using old garden furniture and old IKEA wardrobe that broke during moving.

It has only been a few weeks moving to my new place in leafy Surrey. There is a ton of work to do! I have managed to do bits and pieces but can't do much until the carpets in the front room and my bedroom are laid.
